A web designer, graphic artist and content development expert with 16 years of experience in small business web design, social media, content creation, search engine optimization, logo design, video and audio production, e-commerce and print media. At first a subsidiary of Clockworks Media, Inc., Richmond Media was originally a web design company for small business clients. Richmond Media pioneered the use of content management before the widespread use of content management platforms like Joomla and WordPress. Expanded into video, database programming and touch screen technology (designed systems for companies like ECPI and Sentara), produced video tutorials for large companies including Delta Dental.
Richmond Media also worked with KJ Jordan on HotelRoom.com and several other projects, including creating her corporate Paradigm Hospitality Group site.
Richmond Media later expanded into full content management and e-commerce, with hundreds of websites created for business.
Formed Clockworks Media, Inc. with 3 partners in 2002. Began by designing interactive CD ROMs for real estate and associated industries. Produced an interactive CD ROM for the White House, designed as a 3D walkthrough for proposed White House kitchen remodeling.
Produced a live one camera music webcast for a year, then collaborated, wrote and produced a three camera music/talk webcast for another year. Edited, directed, co-wrote and produced over 50 episodes.
Freelance Web Design
Learned basic web design to promote music in 1997. First website was featured in the Daily Press. Was offered employment by a local company, Principal Web and later by Alliance Three in Williamsburg, VA.
Attended music conservatory at VCU, majoring in Music Composition and Applied Piano. Bandleader for 20 years for successful full time touring groups. Performed internationally and opened for many major artists. Founded the college act Momentum, which grossed 3 million dollars in 4 years. Published BMI composer.
