  • Set up contact forms on every single page, to encourage site visitors to ask questions and establish a relationship through the contact
  • Link to any possible resources that put the property in a good light
  • Include testimonials from different sources
  • Use photography to create the kind of high resolution image gallery that is better than the competition
  • Offer helpful resources, tips and advice to potential customers
  • Change content often to give site visitors a reason to return
  • Work with social media to give good results when social media visitors are directed to the website

Property Social Media

  • Create social media, Facebook is the most important
  • Brand with the property brand
  • Post at least twice a week, avoid fluff posts, and lake sure that content is compelling, so people will comment, like or share it (see advice on our blog about Facebook content)
  • Use content as a teaser to link back to the property website whenever possible
  • Stay vigilant in order to combat spam and negative comments, addressing any reasonable ones
